Please inform us of your arrival time in advance. 

Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After that, charges may apply depending on the booking terms.

No smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed on the premises. 

The studio is located on the first floor and accessible via stairs. 
There is no private parking, but free public parking space can be found right in front of and around the property.
